Our generic nameservers were setup so that our reseller could operate entirely independently. Your customer can point their domain names to dns1.websitecontrols.com and dns2.websitecontrols.com. Of course, the WhoIS data for these domains is completely private.

A great way to brand your Web Hosting Reseller account is by using your own private nameservers. Instead of using our generic nameservers we'll show you how to setup and configure your own nameservers for your customers to use.

Reseller control Panel

The main hub of your Reseller Web Hosting program is the Reseller Control Panel. It gives you complete access to all of your customer's accounts for easy management. Using the tool you can setup and maintain your accounts without having to login to their accounts every time. You'll use this tool to setup your plans, billing system, web hosting shopping cart and marketing incentives. Deploying a new account is entirely automated and can be done in a matter of minutes.

Customer Control Panels

Each of your customers will receive their own control panel-- dramatically reducing customer service time. Using the control panel they self-manage their website, emails, domains and billing.

Sub-Resellers

Setup your own reseller program! As the parent reseller you can allow (or not) your customers to re-sell web hosting accounts under their own account. Using the Account Roles features you can define specific permissions to enable the same type of features you have in your account.

Multiple Account Roles / Multiple Logins

Using the Account Roles feature and Multiple Account logins, you can setup specific permissions enabling or disabling features in the control panel. This is very useful if you have outside consultants, web developers or customer service agents who need access but without access to features such as billing, or the ability to delete a sub-account. You can use these features to enable or disable sub-resellers.

Provisioning Tasks

Using the Provisioning Tasks feature of the control panel, you can automatically perform tasks when new accounts are created. A basic use of this feature is to create a domain "start page" branded with your company name and logo. However, with a little configuration, you can use it to copy an entire website or web application into your customer's account, setup FTP account access and add special DNS entries.

Pre-Propagation / Temporary Domain Support

Using Pre-Propagation support you can create a custom URL for you or your customer's to use to access the web hosting space before it has been pointed to the account.

Integrated Billing system

Using the internal billing system you can automatically generate and send invoices to your web hosting customers. Your customers can choose to pay automatically or manually by credit card, PayPal or checks. The billing system can also be used to bill for non-hosting services you offer.

Integrated Payment Gateways

Using the control panel system you can setup automatic payments by credit card using popular payment processing gateways such as Authorizenet. The system will charge their credit card on the due date automatically or process payments manually.

Store Front Shopping Cart

We've integrated a complete shopping cart system into the control panel that can be branded with your website's look and feel. Your customers will be able to purchase your web hosting plans, domain names and extra features right from your website.

Coupons and Promotion Codes

You can generate marketing incentives such as coupons and promotions codes from your Reseller Control Panel. Once distributed, your customers can apply these incentives when ordering their web hosting plan. These features enable you to offer incentives such as a free domain name with purchase or 10% off their hosting plan.

Integrated Domain Name Registration Service

You can setup your Reseller Control Panel to automatically register domains for your customers using your own reseller account with either Enom or Directi.

Custom Action Notifications

All system notifications such as invoices, payment receipts, and account setup emails can be completely modified with your company name, logos and personal text.
