Service Level Agreement and 99.9% Uptime Guarantee (SLA)

99.9% Uptime Guarantee

  • We will provide your website with premium multi-homed (redundant) bandwidth.
  • We will ensure our network is properly maintained, redundant and secure.
  • We will employ the best routing and traffic shaping technology to deliver your bandwidth.
  • We guarantee that your account is in a state-of-the-art Tier-1 datacenter with N+1 redundancy on all systems.

Service Level Agreement

You will receive a credit for the applicable portion of your hosting fees for any unannounced downtime per the following schedule. Please open a support ticket to apply for an SLA credit.

  • You will receive a full day's credit for any downtime exceeding 20 minutes in a given day.
  • You will receive a full day's credit for any downtime exceeding 20 minutes in a given month.

Example, if we have 10 minutes of applicable downtime in each of three days in a given month you will receive a full day's credit. If you had 25 minutes of applicable downtime in a single day you'll receive a full day's credit but not 2 having met both criteria. However, if both examples happened on in a given month you would receive 2 days credit.
