Create an Email Account

To create an email account for your domain.

Note: We use multiple control panel systems at EPhost to manage domains and servers. Please follow the appropriate instructions below depending on type of control panel you have installed on your account. To determine which control panel you are using, please login to your account, view the "Control Panel Logins" from the "Account Overview" screen and you will find the name of the control panel. e.g. Helm or DotNetPanel (DNP)

DotNetPanel (DNP):

  1. Click to login to the control panel from the account center.
  2. Click on your hosting space package name.
  3. Click "Mail" then "Accounts".
  4. Click "Create new mail account".
  5. Enter the email address and select the domain from the drop-down.*
  6. Enter the password (must contain 5 characters and include 1 number).
  7. Enter 999 for mailbox size.
  8. Remaining fields are optional.
  9. Click "Save".

* You must have previously added a "domain" to the control panel.

Helm Control Panel Users:

Step 1: Select The Email Account Domain

  1. Click to login to the control panel from the account center.
  2. Click the "Domains" icon
  3. Click the domain name you wish to add the email account to
  4. Click the "Email Accounts (POP3)" icon
  5. Click the "Add New" button

Step 2: Fill in the appropriate information

  1. "Email Address" is required
  2. "Password" and "Confirm Password" are required
  3. "Store & Forward To" will forward all email, but also deliver it to this email address
  4. Click the "Save" button to save the email account
