Over Usage Diskspace Notification

This page gives an example 'Over Usage Diskspace Notification' for resellers to use in the Helm control Panel.

To get to the Over Usage Diskspace Notification form:

1. Log into the EPHost control panel (http://cp.ephost.com)
2. Click the 'Account Settings' icon
3. Click the 'Over Usage Diskspace Notification' icon

Example

Subject: Warning - Over Limit Notification

Message Body:

Dear [UserFirstName] [UserLastName],

This email is to inform you that you are over your limit of disk space. Please log into the control pane (http://cp.ephost.com) and add additional disk space to your account to prevent suspension.

Login: [UserAccountNumber]

Password: [UserAccountPassword]

OVER LIMIT NOTIFICATION

Account: [UserAccountNumber] has used DiskSpaceAmount] out of [DiskSpaceLimit] limit.

Send via Email From: Enable this check box and specify a valid email address in order to send the notification by email.

Delivery Interval: This drop down list allows you to specify how often the notification is sent. If you select 'Everytime', the notification will be sent each time a file is written. The other options are self explanatory.

Send Copy To The Following Email Address: Enable this check box and specify a valid email address to receive a copy of this notification.
