Payment Receipts

This page gives an example 'Payment Receipt' for resellers to use in the Helm control Panel. This is the template we use for our customers at EPHost, and should serve you well.

To get to the Payment Reciepts form:

1. Log into the EPHost control panel (http://cp.ephost.com)
2. Click the 'Billing' icon
3. Click on the 'Billing Settings' icon
4. Click on the 'Payment Receipts' icon
5. After updating the fields, click the 'Save' button

Subject: Hosting Receipt

Message Body:

[UserFirstName] [UserLastName],

Thank you for being an EPHost customer and for your payment. Below is your payment receipt.

Account: [UserAccountNumber]

Ammount Paid: [UserAmountPaid]

Balance: [UserAccountBalance]

You may print a copy of this (or previous) invoice from the control panel at: http://cp.ephost.com

1. Click the 'Billing' icon
2. Click the 'Account Statements' icon
3. Click the desired invoice
4. Click the 'Print' button
5. A new printable window will open
