Name Server Update

If your domain name is using one of the old name servers listed below it is important that you update the name servers associated with your domain name before February 1st, 2024, to avoid your website and/or email from going offline. This update needs to be performed through your third-party domain name registrar, e.g., GoDaddy.

After the server migration last year we provided instructions for you to update the name servers for your domain to the new name servers. As of January 15, 2024, this update has not been completed for one or more of your domains. Since your domain is registered at a third party registrar, you will need to contact their technical support to make this change. You can forward this email to them, and they will assist you in making the necessary changes.

Please refer to the chart below to determine the new name servers you should be using. If your existing name servers match any listed in the 'old name servers' column, replace them with the corresponding 'new name servers' provided. Domain Name Registrars: This should be done immediately. DNS zones have already been moved to the new name servers. There will be zero downtime.
