Network Issues

Your websites and email are currently up and running normally and we have confirmed that not all users are experiencing this issue. However, due to the network issue you may or may not be able to connect to your site or email at various times. Please allow some time for the issue to be resolved before trying your request again.

We will update you here with any additional information.

UPDATED 5:30pm 01/27/08: The network has been restored to normal operation. The problem was related to a BGP miscalculation at Cox Communications causing connection issues to our network for Cox customers and/or if your incoming route included Cox as a next-to-last hop. Most other customers were not affected. BGP, which is used in failover sitations, was not configured correctly at Cox and kept some customers from reaching our network.
