Reseller List Approval Information

Since we have no formal relationship with your customers, you are 100% repsonsible for the actions of your customers. You would act as a liason for your customers and complete the approval process. However, we will only request a single deposit for the mailing lists. It is your decision if you will also request a corresponding deposit from your customer.

A complaint/issue (breach) will result in the loss of your deposit, and would require a second deposit. A second breach would cause you to loose your second deposit and whole account. However, we would take this on a case-by-case basis and would take into consideration your decision to close your customer's account.

MRA's and Mailing Lists, both services we provice, can easily be used to the max without abuse. As a Reseller you need to enforce policy with your customers.

In any case, we understand that some forms of bulk email are necessary for business. We are trying to reduce frivilous activity that may cause us to get banned from a major provider like Yahoo!. It's simply too risky to lose that ability over a single customer.

We monitor the activity of all email senders on the network. If someone has regularaly gone above the limits several times, then we will request the list be approved. It is always better to proactively gather some information (like questions 1-4 in the list approval KB) without a deposit, which will asist me in evaluating your customer's email footprint. If a deposit is required I would let you know.

Again, all we are trying to do is to make sure your email service is reliable. Thank you for your understanding.
