Changing Your Contact Information

You can edit your account details, including adding sub-contacts, from your account.

Changing Your Contact Information (Primary Account Holder)

  1. Log into your Account.
  2. Go to the "Account Settings" menu item (upper right of screen) and select "Edit Account Details".
  3. Enter new contact details.
  4. Click on the "Save Changes" button when finished.

* For security reasons, some contact details cannot be changed without contacting support. 

 

Add / Edit Contacts and Sub-Accounts

  1. Log into your Account.
  2. Go to the "Account Settings" menu item (upper right of screen) and select "Contacts/Sub-Accounts".
  3. Select contact from drop-down menu or select "Add New".
  4. Complete the fields paying close attention to "Email Preferences" and "Sub-Account Permissions".
  5. Click on the "Save Changes" button when finished.

 

Note: A sub-account CAN LOGIN to the control panel. A contact is for reference only (e.g emergency contact for your account). Both can contact customer service on your behalf. Any contact listed on your account, regardless of permissions requested, may still have administrative access to your account.
