COVID-19 Third Update

At EPhost, we want you to know that we are here to support you and your business. COVID-19 is affecting people in so many ways, if there are things that we can do to help with your website or service please let us know. We are sending this third update in hopes that we’ll soon be able to emerge from the state lockdown order and resume business again. We are enclosing some related updates and hopefully helpful information.
Paycheck Protection Program (PPP): Do It
If you have not already applied for the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) for your business I suggest you do it now. I have also been told not to wait and to reapply with another institution if you did not get your funds yet. Apparently, the SBA will sort that out and only fund one loan. Check us on that, but that’s what we heard on the radio. We applied one week ago and already received funds. I am enclosing some helpful information (as-is) on who qualifies, what can you include, and how you need to spend it to get loan forgiveness. I highly suggest you read and try without delay.
Team Workspaces: Hidden Features
As a reminder, our Smartermail system includes Team Workspaces, Instant Messaging, File Sharing, and free Video Conferencing! It’s pretty robust and a useful tool. Shared Services plan holders can login web mail and go to the Team Workspaces icon. If you do not have Smartermail it is available separately as an add-on for any Linux or Windows hosting plan.
Office 365: 24 Hour Turn Around
We are a Microsoft Business Cloud Solutions Provider and set you up with Office 365 quickly. Office 365 is Microsoft's collaborative email solution. It is hugely popular at the moment. It is ideal for robust email (50GB mailboxes) and includes all of Microsoft's Office products, OneDrive for Business, and MS Teams (like "Zoom"). It works on a MAC and PC.
Office: Not Yet
Per the state lockdown policy we are still working from home as of 05/04/2020. We remain optimistic that we will be able to return to the office by next Monday. Once we do return to normal we will be implementing some new policies regarding employee and visitor access. Visitors will be by appointment only, and will be required to wear masks and maintain social distancing. Employees will be required to wear masks when working in close proximity to others, and when clients are visiting.
We continue to maintain 24x7x365 customer service from our home office. Please allow extra time when calling and send an email if possible for non-critical issues. We suggest maintain 2 or more email addresses in our system to ensure all email notifications are received.
Mail: Checks Delayed
Mail pickup is still delayed. Please allow extra time for check processing. We have one report of a client having their mail send back as well. We are investigating. It’s important to use our “new” email address, as mail forwarding from our old location has stopped.
