    Your dedicated server will be integrated with our control panel system. The control panel system gives you the ability to perform most, if not all, administrative tasks from a browser-based online interface.

  • Managed Firewall Protection

    All EPhost Dedicated Servers are protected by our Juniper firewalls. We not only restrict ports, we also employ Deep Packet Inspection to help prevent Brute Force, SQL Injection and Cross Site Scripting attacks. More than just a daily scan, the McAfee On-Access scanner checks all files instantly while they are being accessed for real-time protection. The software is centrally managed by McAfee's ePolicy Orchestrator to ensure compliance regular DAT updates.

    All hardware issues are our responsibility and will be repaired promptly. Unlike other companies, we will work in conjunction with you to 1) move your website to a temporary environment to keep your site running; and 2) to assist in the restoration of your website once the server has been repaired.

    You may have the need to send us some CD's, or a removable storage device to transfer files to your server. As always we are here to serve and can act as your remote hands to the server.

Our backup solution will perform daily backups to our San Diego dedicated server facility and give you the ability to pull anything from backups at any time.
