During routine scheduled maintenance last night two of our Windows shared hosting servers and a MySQL database server have failed and are currently down. These servers host shared hosting customers though some dedicated server customers utilizing the shared MySQL database server are also affected. Only select customers using these servers are affected.
We have been working throughout the night the restore these services. There does not appear to be a loss of website data so our efforts have been focused on the operating system- which is failing to boot. We are working simultaneously to restore the MySQL server.
At this time there is no ETA for restoration. We will continue to provide updates to customers via as general announcement, Twitter and by support ticket.

Status Update:
MySQL was restored earlier this morning and is currently back to normal. We are continuing to work on the two downed shared servers.
