We've recently upgraded our systems for clients that are using our Shared Services plans.
1) We changed the name of our "Shared Services Plan" to the "SmarterMail Special Plan". We've added a new control panel for it too.
2) The new SmarterMail Plans are single domain plans. You will have multiple plans if you have more than one mail domain. Only ONE of these plans will have pricing and the rest are grandfathered in at no-charge.
3) Please login to your account and use the green Control Panel button to administer your email domain. We have a lot of documentation to update so in the meantime please see the video below for help.

4) Please note, if you remove either the primary hosting plan from your account or the main "paid" SmarterMail plan, your special pricing will be unbundled.
5) We moved DNS management of your domains to Domains >> Manage DNS.
