High-Level Summary:  We will be conducting power upgrades at the Lightwave Data Center. Beginning at 4:30 AM PDT on Monday, July 25th, 2022, we will be shutting down the B-Side power to make the temporary connections to a secondary power source. This shutdown will last about 2 hours.

On Monday, August 8th, 2022, at 7:30 PM PDT, we will be shutting down the B-Side power to reconnect to the permanent primary power source. This shutdown will last about 5 hours. The purpose of this equipment replacement is to allow us to continue to provide reliable power to our customers.

Service Impact: This maintenance is not expected to be service impacting. Properly configured (A+B) customers will not see an impact on their service. Single corded and improperly configured (A+B) customers may see an interruption for the duration. We are making arrangements so that ALL clients, regardless of their configuration, will be protected.

Schedule: The window for Network Maintenance is scheduled to begin at 8:00pm and end at 12:00am. Should additional time be required, notice will be provided and the work window will be expanded.

Testing & Planning: All testing and planning being conducted during this window is part of a pre-defined checklist designed by the EPhost Web Administrator team.

Regression Planning: The EPhost Web Administrator team will be on-site managing this window. As with any Network Maintenance, while highly unlikely, there is a possibility that something unexpected may occur during the work process. Should any issues arise, all equipment will be placed back into standard operation and the work will be postponed until the issue is resolved.
