We are delighted to inform EPhost Shared Hosting Customers of an upcoming significant upgrade to our server infrastructure. Starting the week of October 2nd, EPhost will be embarking on a comprehensive migration of our hosting plans to new, superior servers. If you have a Shared Hosting account on our Windows or Linux servers you will be migrated to new servers. Dedicated, collocated, and VPS hosting plans will not be affected.

Benefits of Our New Servers:

  1. Increased Speed and Performance: Expect faster website load times and enhanced responsiveness.
  2. Superior Stability: Our upgraded infrastructure ensures a more reliable hosting environment for your websites.
  3. Advanced Security Protocols: Benefit from cutting-edge security measures to keep your online presence safe.

Migration Details:

  • Transition Period: Our migration process begins the week of October 2nd and will continue throughout the week. If required, the week of October 9th has been reserved to finalize any necessary changes. We will inform you of the specific day your server will move as we draw closer to the migration window.
  • Minimal Downtime: We have optimized our migration process to ensure minimal disruptions, allowing your website to remain largely accessible.
  • Effortless Migration: Rest assured, our experienced team will handle the entire migration process. Your participation will be minimal.

Pre-Migration Audit:

To ensure a seamless transition, an audit report will be dispatched to you in the upcoming week. This report will outline any required actions on your end, ensuring everything aligns perfectly during the migration.

We strongly encourage you to review this report carefully, so we can work together to make the most of this upgrade. Please submit a support ticket with any concerns.

We are genuinely excited about this next phase and deeply appreciate your continued trust in EPhost. Here’s to even better web hosting services!
