We're reaching out across our entire network to identify and communicate with users who might still be utilizing databases on our older Microsoft SQL or MYSQL shared servers. We've temporarily disabled access to databases that couldn't be clearly associated with an account. Should this action affect your service, we encourage you to get in touch.

Here's a quick guide to determine if this notice applies to you:

  1. Databases linked to WordPress are likely not impacted.
  2. Accounts established within the last three years are likely not impacted.
  3. The affected databases are typically associated with Classic ASP, .NET, or ColdFusion applications.
  4. Connection strings for the affected databases wouldn't include "localhost", "127.0.0.1", or ".\MSSQLSERVER20X".

If after reviewing the above points you believe your database should not be affected yet you're experiencing issues, or if you're uncertain, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support department for further assistance..
