You will receive a credit for the applicable portion of your hosting fees for any unannounced downtime per the following schedule. Please open a support ticket to apply for an SLA credit.
For example, if we had 10 minutes of applicable downtime in each of three days in a given month, you would receive a full day's credit. If you had 25 minutes of applicable downtime in a single day, you would receive a full day's credit. If both examples happened in a given month, you would receive 2 days credit.
