Email Service Announcements

1) We have recently discovered (04/19/2007) that many large ISP's and free email providers have found themselves listed on the UCEProtect Blacklist. As such several people have reported that an unusual amount of emails have been directed to their online Junk Email Folder from email senders who send mail through these ISP's. This includes people who are sending intra-domain email but are forced to send email through their ISP.
We have decided to temporarily remove the UCEProtect tests from our arsenal of anti-spam tools until this can be resolved. We highly urge you to check your online junk email folder and "Unmark as Spam" any emails that shouldn't be there. This will also whitelist them through the system. Additionally, uploading your address book online will also whitelist these users.
2) Please check the Time Zone setting in your online email to ensure emails are date/time stamped correctly.
Login >> My Settings >> Select Time Zone >> Save
3) While you are checking your time zone, it is possible to sort your emails so that the newest emails appear first. This is our number one complain about the web mail service and can be resolved easily.
Login >> Settings >> My Settings >> Display Tab >> Sort Messages by Date >> Check Descending >> Save
