Network Upgrade Tonight - Planned Outage
Posted by Joe Rebis (Import) on 29 October 2007 07:22 PM
ONLY customers whose domains DO NOT POINT to one of our Name Servers may have an issue beyond the normal downtime. If this applies to you, you will need to update the IP address with your DNS provider tonight at 12:00am (REVISED) PST. The new IP address details can be found in the support section of our website under "News".

How can you tell if your domain points to EPhost?

1) Visit: http://www.whois.sc
2) Enter your domain name in the search box and click "Look Up".
3) Under "Registry Data" look for "Name Server".
4) The "Name Server" should list one of the following sets.

ns1.ephost.com
ns2.ephost.com

dns1.ephost.com
dns2.ephost.com

dns1.websitecontrols.com
dns2.websitecontrols.com

ns0.franklandhosting.com
ns1.franklandhosting.com

ns0.networknamesevrers.com
ns1.networknameservers.com

If your domain points to EPhost, you will not need to do anything.

We apologize for the inconvenience.
