We were recently notified that Yahoo! is periodically and temporarily deferring messages sent from our network. Likely this is due to false-positive identification of messages sent from our network. While we will do our best to make sure we comply with their mail delivery recommendations, we recommend that you report this to them directly.

We want to ensure continued reliability and service to you and your company. To this end, we are implementing some new email policies and enforcing some existing polices. We have also implemented a formal approval process for any mailing lists or newsletters to over 50 people.

Additionally, we will be implementing Sender Policy Framework (SPF) records for all domains starting Monday, February 18th following some testing. SPF is used to help determine if a sending IP address is authorized to send mail for a particular domain.

We appreciate your understanding.
