If you are having issues logging in to your Stats for the Windows Hosting Platform, typically it is one of 4 possibilities:
- You have not enabled statistics for the domain you want to view. GO TO "How do I enable my statistics"
- You changed your Control Panel password AFTER you enabled your stats. If this is the case, send an email to support@ephost.com and we'll reset it to your current Control Panel password.
- You are perhaps mistaking an "L" for a "1" or a "O" for a "0" (zero) when viewing them in lower case. Try to cut-copy-n-paste passwords from the control panel or from an email to be sure.
- You may be attempting to login in the wrong place: http://stats.ephost.com or stats.your-domain.ext
