How do I make a secure online payment? Print

By default new accounts are setup with the recurring payment option selected. With recurring billing your credit card on file will be charged on the due date of the invoice. The option to pay invoices early is always available. Please follow the instructions below to make an early credit card payment. Payments can be made to selected invoices; there is also a pay all option available.

To make a secure payment (PDF invoice):

1. Open PDF invoice.
2. Click on the "Click Here to Pay Now" button.
3. Login to your account.
4. Click the drop down and select "Payment by Credit Card"
5. Click the "Pay Now" button.

To make a secure payment (Account Center):

1. Login to your account.
2. Click "View All" in Unpaid Invoice box.
3. Click the invoice you would like to pay.
4. Click on the "Pay Now" button.
5. You will be taken to a place to choose to pay by existing or new credit card.
6. Select appropriate action and fill in details where described.
7. Click the "Pay Now" button.

 * If no invoices are listed then you don't have any unpaid invoices.
