You can check your email anywhere in the world by using the EPhost Webmail. Using the system you can:
- check your email
- compose new messages
- create an online address book
- create tasks or calendar items
- filter spam
- and more
There are several webmail systems we use so please follow the intrusions that apply to you:
Email in Hosting Plans:
Please replace your_domain.com with your actual domain name and then try one of these URL patterns. I this does not work, access your control panel and visit the email settings area for more details.
* You would replace ServerID with one of the following based on the server you are on. You can find this server by accessing the control panel and looking at the URL.
If you have upgraded to the SmarterMail service you will access email using the following:
Microsoft 365 (Office 365)
If you have upgraded to Microsoft 365 (Office 365) service you will access webmail (Exchange Online) using the following:
If you are using Microsoft 365 (Office 365), please attempt to login and use the "Forgot Password" routine. Likewise, if using SmarterMail, you MAY have a "Forgot Password" option during login if you have previously setup an alternate email address. Otherwise, if you are using the email in your hosting plan or did not setup a SmarterMail alternate email address, please login to your account and then access the control panel to reset the password.
