  • 0

Resetting your email password(s) is pretty simple for you to do on any of EPhosts Linux Hosted Accounts

  1. Login to your Account
  2. Click on the Green Button "Control Panel"
  3. Scroll down to the 4th section "EMAIL"
  4. Click on "Email Accounts"
  5. Scroll about a full page to a section labeled "Email Accounts"
  6. Locate the email you wish to alter and click on "Password"

A Small section will open up under the last email address, here you can type in your new passwords.

SECURITY TIP:
- Option 1: Use the Password Generator
- Option 2: Google Password Generator

TIPS for Passwords:
- Use Both UPPER and lower case letters
- Use at least 3-4 numbers
- Use a couple of 'special characters', the ones on the number keys when you press the SHIFT button.

TIPS for Remembering / Storing Passwords:
- Write them Down and put them in a secure location (LEAST SECURE)
- Use the built in Password Manager in your Browser (better than writing down, but less secure than last option of a Password Manager)
- Use a Password Program Like LastPass.com or KEEPASS.info (Pretty Good Security)
